Challenge

IT service provider BWI is looking to increase its prominence on the job market. With new employer branding, the company aims to raise awareness and convey an image of what life is like at one of the largest IT service companies in Germany. We are collaborating with BWI to develop a concept and slogan, and implement corresponding marketing strategies. These include a brand video and a full display at the CEBIT “Job and Career” event.

Idea

  • With the slogan “Do what you love – help shape Germany’s IT” and accompanying text and design, BWI is positioning itself as an attractive employer in IT.
  • The slogan and design embody its brand values – security, pride, and trust – while being emotional and engaging at the same time.

Execution

  • Testimonials from BWI provide a positive representation of the company’s USPs, which include equal opportunities for men and women. The employer branding highlights the various fields of activity within BWI and bridges the gap between work and private life.
  • The testimonials can be seen in adverts, in a brand video, on the campaign website, and at BWI’s trade fair stands.
  • In a short timeframe, we filmed and produced the video, launched a landing page, and implemented parts of BWI’s trade fair campaign.
