The Mannheim-based communications agency Callies & Schewe is the new Platinum Partner of Maifeld Derby. The festival taking place May 30 to June 1 on the grounds of Mannheim’s Maimarkt area will host more than 60 bands from the international indie rock scence, among them The National, FM Belfast and Get Well Soon.<\/p>\n
“This is where the best music line-up meets the best audience of the area. Maifeld-Derby represents authentic sound and creativity. This is our thing and we plan to support this cultural event in the long run”, says Kim Schewe, Managing Director of the agency. “This is a dream cooperation for us. Callies & Schewe is a partner that will also positively impact the whole program of the festival. Some very promising activities that go beyond the music line-up are already in the works”, says Timo Kumpf with Karakter Live, the organizer of Maifeld Derby. Within a very short period of time the event has earned its reputation as a discoverers’ festival attracting not only a regional, but an international audience.
